Abdulfattah is a programme advisor for the TVET and Employment Promotion Programme (TEP) at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH German International Cooperation. In this role he is working with MoEHE, MoL and the Private sector on implementing several TVET and employment projects in Palestine. One of the main components that he is working on is developing a national standard for curriculum development.
