Colm Downes is currently managing large scale teacher training and development programmes for the British Council across Gaza and the West Bank. In this role, he works with the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education and UNRWA to improve English language teaching and learning across Palestine. Colm specializes in the development, delivery and evaluation of ESP courses and teacher training initiatives.
