Dr. Rimawi is working as Acting Director General of the National Institute for Educational Training in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education. She worked in the same institute for several managerial positions. She worked also as assistant professor at Birzeit University. She holds a PhD in Educational Management from the University of Jordan.
She has participated in many local and regional conferences; she has published, and unpublished studies and papers. She has been awarded the Khalifa Prize for Educational Research in the Arab World; she is a member of the management board of many local and regional institutions.
